Fear produces suffering and destruction in general. But it is only an illusion, which our mind believes in.

DeleteNice image. My first thought was Hogwarts. Hmm. Don't know if that's a good thing or not. Fear can come from strange things. For me, telephone calls, especially to strangers, are a problem. Self-destructive? Perhaps, if you are afraid of going through things that might make your life better.
