Forty days and forty nights
The forty last days had been great, enjoying life, together with his buddies, and with her. But now his time had come. They were just waiting for this little rain shower to pass. Maybe it was a sign. It hardly ever rained in this arid area.
When he he rolled the big rock to the side, and walked out of the dark cave, she was the first to meet him.
- When I was sitting alone, in the dark, and my only entertainment was to touch myself, I saw you soft body before me, he said.
- So good to have you back, she said.
- I will not stay long, I'm leaving again soon.
She went down on her knees, and kissed his feet, and then rose the upper part of her body. He looked down on her black hair.
- Everybody are kissing my feet, but only you gratify my entire body and soul, he said and moaned.
Last night they had a big party. All the guys were there, all the eleven who was still with him, and her, of course.
- Cheers, have some more to drink, he said. - If we run out of wine, I'll just make some more.
They all laughed at his joke. Around midnight they were all drunk.
- Time to go to bed, he said. - My mission is completed. I'm leaving early tomorrow.
They all nodded silently. She touched his shoulder and whispered in his ear:
- You have one more mission to complete tonight.
She led his hand between her legs. He rubbed her thighs, and slowly moved his hand over her soft hair. Sliding his middle finger along her cleft, he could feel that she was moist and ready, in the dry and dark desert night.
The rain was over, the sun was shining again.
- Are you ready? they said. -Let's go.
- Yes, I'm ready,
He kissed her forehead, and said:
- In my mind, I will always keep a picture of your pretty face, a picture that will never age.

Oh, you're quite a novelist.
ReplyDeleteThat's quite an evocative image you've created. Will we get more?

Don't know. A friend of mine wanted more details ... maybe that's for another blog ... we'll see ... >:)

ReplyDeleteI was watching a show on the History Channel about sex during ancient times. The were very explicit in their sculptures and frescas. Guess porn has been around ever since man could draw dirty pictures in the sand with a stick.
ReplyDeleteStephen Tremp
True, Stephen. Well known examples are the Indian Kama Sutra texts from the 4th century, and associated temple art. In the town where I live, we have a big cathedral, where they have found "dirty" texts and drawings, carved into the stone walls by 13th century monks >:)
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by my blog! Enjoyed your writing.
ReplyDeleteYou probably won't care too much for a follower like me...because I'll pray for you and I'll do it often. You have evidently read the scriptures and know what they say, but have chosen to twist them into twisted stories.
ReplyDeleteHopefully you'll accept them as truth someday, because if you don't do it here on this earth in this life...someday you'll will bow your knee to the King of Kings and confess with your mouth that He is Lord.
Talli, thank you. I enjoyed your blog too >:)
ReplyDeletecovnitkepr1, yes, I have read quite a lot in different religious texts; the Bible, the Koran, the Book of Mormon. I don't believe a shit of any of these books, but find them very interesting as literature. You have chosen your way, I have chosen mine. That's the way it is.
Dorian and I sold our souls to the Devil long time ago >:)))
So be it. I will not make a pest of myself on your blog either...it's your blog. Just want you to know that I hope you have a change of heart.
ReplyDeleteI wonder at what point in history it became unacceptable to talk (or write) about sex, and when the word pornography came into existence.

Straight From Hel
I have been wondering about the same, Helen. I don't know the answer, but a couple of maybe obvious reasons are
ReplyDelete1. Major religions like Christianity and Islam have associated sexuality with sin. Examples are the sin of Onan (Genesis 38:8-10) and the 7th Commandment "Do not commit adultery" (Exodus 20:14).
2. Victorian morality rules were spread across the world through the British empire in the 19th century.
There are historical indications that Jesus and Mary Magdalene were in some kind of relationship. However, their aftermaths have become very different: Jesus was adopted as part of God by the Church Council in Nikea in 326, whereas the Church made Mary M a prostitute.
