I was flying to the south of Winterland for a meeting today. I had no check-in baggage, and only a pen as carry-on.
Going back home, I had twice as much baggage; my pen and a sheet of paper with some useless notes.
It's OK. I can live with that. And the weather was nice >:)))
Glad the weather was nice, anyway.
ReplyDeleteNo luggage? Just a pen? You probably would have been frisked here in the States.

And where does all that stuff come from? I was so proud of myself for putting all my clothes in a carry-on for my conference trip--then I couldn't get all my things back IN the carry-on for the way home. Ended up giving a bag to some writer friends who live in the same town and were driving. Bleh. I think my clothing procreated.
ReplyDeleteSure, a conference trip would be something different. But for a day trip, I only need a pen. I always find something to write on. My little boy always make drawings on the puke bags in the plane. We have kept a big collection, from lots of different air lines.
